We are currently seeking additional Associates:
Learning Disabilities Nurse
We are seeking to recruit a nurse with a learning disability qualification or
a general nurse with considerable learning disability experience.
Work will involve delivering short skills based courses to workers in social
in a range of subjects e.g. Rectal Diazepam, Urethral Catheterisation etc.
Understanding of social care approaches, values and context are essential.
Adult Social Care
We require Associates with a social care background and experience working with
and training in the area of Learning Disabilities to undertake a variety of
subjects that relate to Learning Disabilities. This would include courses
specific to Learning Disabilities e.g. Learning Disability Awareness and
more general skills based courses e.g. Record keeping.
Children and Young People
We have an opportunity for an Associate with a Social Work background to deliver a
range of courses in the area of Children and Young People. Must be qualified and
still in practice, at least part time. Experience working with Children and
Families essential. Working therapeutically with children advantageous. Call us

We have an opportunity for an Associate with a solid background in benefits. Must
be fully up to date with current and developing legislation and practice and
have an understanding of the issues faced by people being supported in social
care and housing.

Working with us
Whilst Norman Mark Training serves as an agency for Associate Trainers, we
expect a lot from our Associate Trainers. Trainers work within very clear
policies and procedures when working under our umbrella. Our good name and our
success has been achieved by us ensuring that all those working with us uphold
our standards and high level of customer care. We recognise that this
management and professional scrutiny does not suit everyone wishing to undertake
freelance work and therefore only wish to attract trainers who are exceptionally
committed to training.
